A nationally respected law firm is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of employment-based immigration experience to join its growing team in either Austin or Dallas.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of business immigration matters, including H-1B, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status (AOS), L-1, and TN petitions. PERM experience is required.
